Painting Holidays
Most courses take place at Dilham, Norfolk, with sometimes a few short-breaks taking place at Leigh-on-Sea, Essex. We also have specific sailing/painting cruises that last several days and are a holiday in themselves and include accommodation. We can help you with the accommodation for all our courses. We sometimes offer painting/art appreciation holidays abroad. Non-painting partners are welcome on any of our course options.
ACCOMMODATION AT BROADLAND ARTS CENTRE

On most courses, up to 5 participants can be comfortably and inexpensively accommodated at our Dilham school with bed and full English breakfast. All rooms have tea making facilities.
There is also a comprehensive list in the full colour brochure of recommended local B&B's, guest houses, 4 star hotels, self catering units and caravan parks, either in the village or nearby, from which visitors can make their own choice if preferred.
Camper vans and tents can sometimes be accommodated in the grounds of The Old School, by prior arrangement and at moderate cost. |

FOOD REQUIREMENTS DURING YOUR VISIT

Light lunches are included on all courses and are taken either at the Centre or out on location as required. Teas/coffees and snacks are also included daily. In the evenings tables can be booked for groups to eat out together at the excellent local pubs or restaurants in the area.
The village pub is just 200 yards away and an excellent riverside restaurant and hotel 1 mile distant. Sometimes groups prefer to eat takeaways at the Centre instead of going out.
The Centre stays open until 10.00pm for continued working in the studio, or for those who just want a quiet read in the lounge, watch TV or a have chat. |
